Validated compatibility

The TSOL-MX3000D is a validated TSUN Local model. Its owner confirms successful operation in Home Assistant, with all values available. Two full device diagnostics independently document the GEN4 / 1097 register mapping.

✅ Home Assistant validatedThe TSOL-MX3000D owner confirms TSUN Local works in Home Assistant and all expected telemetry values are returned.
☀️ Six PV inputsThe validated TSOL-MX3000D exposes six PV channels and 3000 W nominal power with protocol 1097.
🧩 Validated hardware firmwareThe contributed MX3000D diagnostics report firmware V3.2.68 on protocol 1097 / GEN4.
🛡️ Full read-only monitoringTSUN Local retrieves the available AC, PV and diagnostic data directly in Home Assistant, without a cloud relay, proxy or configuration writes.

Local protocol path

TSUN TSOL-MX3000D → local network → protocol 1097 → TSUN Local → Home Assistant
Protocol: 1097 / GEN4 is validated for TSOL-MX3000D in Home Assistant. Six PV inputs and working telemetry are confirmed by the hardware owner.

Home Assistant entities and diagnostics

AC telemetryProtocol 1097 decodes AC voltage, current, frequency, power and energy from the supported register family.
PV1 to PV6Independent voltage, current, power and energy measurements are exposed when provided by hardware.
DiagnosticsThe 1097 adapter supports read-only inverter metadata, temperature, firmware and alarm diagnostics.
Hardware verificationTwo complete diagnostics provide reproducible 1097 register coverage: 30/30 read blocks and 216 distinct registers per unit. The owner additionally confirmed working Home Assistant monitoring.

Home Assistant setup

  1. Install TSUN Local through HACS.
  2. Restart Home Assistant.
  3. Add TSUN Local from Settings → Devices & services.
  4. Use automatic discovery when available, then verify protocol 1097 and that live AC/PV telemetry is plausible.

Validation & contributor thanks

Thanks to Valentin Fleuret for contributing two complete TSOL-MX3000D diagnostics (September 30, 2026). Both confirm 216 registers, 3000 W nominal power, six PV inputs and GEN4 / 1097 firmware V3.2.68. The device owner has also confirmed successful operation of TSUN Local in Home Assistant, with all values reporting correctly. See contributors & credits. Contact information is kept private.
